For instalments and invoices to main contractors where VAT reverse-charge applies, Bouw Botje follows the VAT codes and settings configured in Exact Online Bouw. The AI automatically uses the correct code per invoice line — no need to configure twice. **Can I work from the construction site?** Yes. Because Bouw Botje runs through an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot on phone), users log hours, query project status, or order material directly from the site — no separate Exact app needed. **Does Bouw Botje work with bill of quantities (RAW-bestek, GWW)?** Bouw Botje works with the calculation and work-part structure in Exact Online Bouw.
