Yes. Bouw Botje uses the VAT rates configured in Exact Online Construction, such as the reverse-charge rate. For instalments to main contractors or clients where reverse-charge applies, the AI can use the reverse-charge rate; always check the VAT before you invoice.
You connect Exact Online Construction with an API key that is stored encrypted; your AI assistant signs in to Bouw Botje via OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. All data is encrypted via HTTPS. Bouw Botje synchronises your data to a dedicated, isolated database per administration. What you share in the chat is subject to the terms of your AI provider.
