What does Bouw Botje cost?

Bouw Botje costs €39 per month (Basic, read-only) or €59 per month (Advanced, read and write), excluding VAT. For construction groups with many administrations there is a custom Enterprise plan. Every plan can be tried free for 14 days, without a credit card.

03 AI requests

How are AI requests counted?

An AI request is one tool call your AI assistant makes through Bouw Botje in Exact Online Construction (Exact Online Bouw, formerly Bouw7).

  • One chat question can trigger several tool calls, for example first finding a project and then retrieving the logged hours.
  • Connecting and fetching the tool list do not count.
  • The quota applies per organisation, across all connected administrations together, and resets every calendar month on the 1st.
  • Separately from the monthly quota, there is a limit of 120 tool calls per minute per user.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

Yes. You can try Bouw Botje free for 14 days, without a credit card. During the trial you get the Advanced capabilities: read and write (once you enable writing yourself), up to 10 administrations and 800 AI requests per month.
All listed prices exclude VAT. If you are based outside the Netherlands and have a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged.
Every tool call your AI assistant makes through Bouw Botje counts as one AI request. A single chat question can trigger several tool calls, for example first finding a project and then retrieving its hours. Connecting and fetching the tool list do not count. The quota applies per organisation, across all connected administrations together, per calendar month.
Bouw Botje then refuses further tool calls until the new calendar month starts, and your AI assistant receives a clear message. If you structurally need more, move from Basic (400) to Advanced (800) or contact us about Enterprise.
You subscribe in your Bouw Botje account; payment and automatic renewal run through Mollie, monthly or yearly. You cancel yourself in your account on the subscription page. After that, no new direct debits are made.
Basic is read-only: your AI assistant can query projects, hours, instalments and estimates, for up to 1 administration. Advanced can also write, such as logging hours and creating instalments and projects, for up to 10 administrations and with 800 instead of 400 AI requests per month.
